I started flute lessons with Elizabeth when I was a sophomore in high school. While studying with her, I improved my sound, intonation, rhythm and musicality. She knew how to challenge and push me but still keep things at my level.
She was significantly helpful in teaching me how to properly count. Thanks to Elizabeth, I grew so much as a musician that I was accepted into the Tufts Youth Philharmonic, which was a life-changing and wonderful experience. In addition, Elizabeth was more than just a flute teacher. She was a great person to reach out to for life advice. She really cared about me as a person and impacted my life in an incredible way. I am grateful to her for her musical as well as personal guidance and encouragement. I recommend her as a teacher to everyone.
